    The biostatistical support includes: * Provide advice about study design based on the scientific questions involved and definition of the study population. * Help investigators with questionnaire design. * Provide sampling strategies and sample size determination for the proposed studies. * Verify that studies will have sufficient statistical power to support for inferences to be drawn. * Assess the measurability of proposed study endpoints and ascertaining that plans have been made for data analysis. * After approval, the biostatistician is available to consult on appropriate analysis and interpretation of the results.
