  • Plasmid VRD1E ( Plasmid )

Plasmid was derived from the eukaryotic expression vector pVR1020, provided by Vical, Inc. (San Diego, CA). This vector contains the cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate early promoter, including the intron A, the bovine growth hormone polyadenylation signal, and the tissue plasminogen activator (tpa) leader sequence. The tpa leader sequence was not included in the final constructs.

Organism expression target: The recombinant prM/E proteins from Dengue virus can be expressed in eukaryotic cells. COS-7 and 293T cells were used to test the in vitro expression of these proteins.

  • Plasmid VRD2E ( Plasmid )

Plasmid was derived from the eukaryotic expression vector pVR1020, provided by Vical, Inc. (San Diego, CA). This vector contains the cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate early promoter, including the intron A, the bovine growth hormone polyadenylation signal, and the tissue plasminogen activator (tpa) leader sequence. • Plasmid VRD3E ( Plasmid )

Plasmid was derived from the eukaryotic expression vector pVR1020, provided by Vical, Inc. (San Diego, CA). • Plasmid VRD4E ( Plasmid )

• VR1020 ( Expression construct )

Parental vector (VR1020) provided by Vical through MTA.
